Jeremy Frankel
Jeremy Frankel has over 20 years of healthcare finance experience. He has spent most of the last 15 years originating mortgage banking business nationwide. In addition to business development, Mr. Frankel has an extensive background in evaluating credit opportunities as well as overseeing financial and industry due diligence. He has been directly involved in over $900 million in financings including several landmark transactions, portfolio refinancing, and urban construction projects. Since 1998, Jeremy has been directly involved in underwriting multifamily and senior care facilities and has received full authorization from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to underwrite nursing, assisted living, and board and care facilities under HUD’S LEAN processing program.
Jeremy received a B.S. in finance and international business from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry. He is also active in the Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging and serves as Treasurer for the Western Mortgage Advisory Counsel.
