Zachary Richardson is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder, where he received his degree in Economics. After graduating, he took a position doing digital marketing for Sotheby’s but soon decided to make a career shift into commercial real estate. He took an analyst position with a small firm where he successfully underwrote for commercial assets. Zach joined The Knapp-Stahler Group in 2022 as an Investment Associate and brings along his knowledge and experience with financial models that will make him a valuable member of the team.

Zach currently lives in Boulder, Colorado, and spends his free time on the mountains with friends. He also enjoys reading a good book and exercising daily.
