The transaction was a lender receivership sale with The Knapp-Stahler Group representing both buyer and seller and facilitating a successful outcome in a distressed situation. The buyer was attracted to the property’s location and saw strong long-term demand drivers for senior housing in the Salt Lake City MSA.
