Knapp Group of Marcus & Millichap recently orchestrated the sale of a 55 unit AL/MC community in rural northeast Ohio. The beautiful 35,500 sq. ft. campus was located on 10 acres and consisted of two buildings, constructed in 2000 and 2013. The community had strong cash flow, dedicated staff, and healthy occupancy. The Knapp Group team was able to secure an in-state buyer at a selling price of $6.5 million. Justin Knapp was the lead advisor on the deal.
