Justin Knapp and Andrew Van Zee with the Knapp-Stahler Team of Marcus & Millichap are pleased to announce the sale of ABCM, a 29-property seniors housing portfolio in Iowa.
The portfolio included a mix of 326 Assisted Living Facility (ALF) beds and 2,346 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) beds, making it the largest skilled nursing portfolio to have ever been sold in the state of Iowa.
ABCM is one of the highest-rated operators in the state, with all but two of the locations currently rated as a 4- or 5-Star facility by CMS.
