Class A facility sold to leading real estate investor Clarion Partners
PHOENIX, AZ — Hap Knowles and Nick Stahler of Institutional Property Advisors are pleased to announce the successful sale of a 100+ unit, Class A seniors housing community located in the Phoenix MSA to leading real estate investment firm Clarion Partners.
Completed in 2021, the community offers a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences. The property is located within the North Phoenix corridor and benefits from strong regional accessibility and favorable long-term market fundamentals.
The asset attracted significant investor interest due to its recent construction, limited competitive supply, and positioning within a growing metropolitan market.
